We hope all of you are having a fantastic and travel-filled summer. We are excited to provide you with a quick update of all the great things going on at Happy Mailman. We continue to upgrade our operation for the benefit of you and your dogs, and are adding services to become a one-stop shop for all of your dog needs. We have two notable announcements at this time:

o GROOMING: We now offer full grooming services at Happy Mailman. Robert Almendarez has come on board and will be heading up our grooming operation. Robert is a highly experienced groomer with more than 20 years in the industry. Most recently, Robert was an owner of East End Grooming, and we feel very fortunate that he has chosen Happy Mailman. Full cuts start at $50 and vary depending on size of dog, length of hair, and type of hair. Call us today to learn more and schedule an appointment.

o DRIVEWAY: After several months of road construction at the Happy Mailman entrance, we are thrilled to have a brand new road and driveway. Construction wrapped up last week and the five lane road with a shoulder for turning into Happy Mailman is complete. Thank you to all of our customers for bearing with us during this time!

Hi everyone! My name is Zach Biderman and I recently became the new owner of the Happy Mailman dog kennel. I am extremely excited to bring some new energy to our operation, with the goal of improving service for both our dogs and our customers. While ownership has changed, all of our great staff is sticking around. David is the kennel manager who has been with Happy Mailman about 2 years and in the dog care business for more than 3 years. Together we are making some great changes, including:

• Upgrading the indoor rest and sleep area
• Upgrading the outdoor play areas
• Putting up shade tarps over the outdoor play areas
• Increasing Saturday hours to 8-10am and 4-6pm and Sunday hours to 4-6:30pm
• Elimination of cancellation and early pickup fees
• Increased flexibility to meet your needs

We are making all of these changes with NO INCREASE in our prices. These are just a few of Happy Mailman’s initial improvements, and we expect to make many more positive changes in the coming year. We always welcome feedback from you so that we can continue to enhance our services and better meet your needs and your pets’ needs!
