Requirements
- Puppies must be at least 3 months old
- Verification from your veterinarian that all vaccinations [rabies, DHLPP, bordetella*] are current – please have your vet fax shot records to us at (512) 301-2738 prior to your evaluation.
- Dogs 7 Months or older must be spayed or neutered
