Membership
In order to provide the best quality care possible, all dogs must come in for a "doggy interview" and be accepted for membership* prior to boarding or daycare. Our trained staff will introduce your dog into the play environment and observe how it behaves in a social setting. This process helps us to ensure the safety and compatibility of all dogs staying with Happy Mailman.
Requirements
- Is the dog at least 3 months old? help
- Is your dog spayed or neutered? (after 7mos. old) help
- Have you completed the membership interview? help
- Are all vaccinations current? help

Step 2 - VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS
Verification from your veterinarian that all vaccinations [rabies, DHLPP, bordetella*] are current – please have your vet fax shot records to us at (512) 301-2738 prior to your evaluation.

Step 3 - BEHAVIOR EVALUATION
We require a behavior evaluation of all dogs prior to boarding with us. The evaluation allows us to make sure your dog enjoys our facility and gets along well with other dogs and our staff.
Please plan on dropping your dog off in the morning and picking up in the afternoon. This evaluation is free of charge. You will receive a complete report of your dog's first day with us.

Step 4 - RESERVATIONS
Interviews are conducted Monday through Saturday and can be scheduled by calling 512-301-2359 or through email at info@happymailmandogs.com.
